We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team on a 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in finance or accounting support role.
Job Description:
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for processing sales invoices, setting up new contracts and preparing employee expense claims. They will also be involved in bank reconciliations, management of fixed asset register and preparation of revenue returns.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working in finance or accounting support role and hold an Accounting Technician Qualification or similar work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems Good Analytical skills Ability to multi-task and switch between multiple systems.
