Senior Project Manager
Role Purpose
The Senior Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of major construction projects in Ireland, from mobilisation through to completion. The role requires strong leadership, commercial and technical expertise, and the ability to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex CSA projects.
• Develop, monitor, and control project programmes, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Act as the principal point of contact for the client, maintaining strong and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, health and safety legislation, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, coordination, and performance.
• Lead project risk management, change control, and progress reporting.
• Provide strategic input into project planning and contribute to business-wide process improvements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers and Engineers to promote professional development and excellence across the team.
Person Specification
• Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments.
• Experience in underground services, roadworks and reinforced concrete.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven commercial and contractual understanding, with experience in cost control and project reporting.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
