Your new company is one of Ireland's largest financial institutions with over 200 locations nationwide, providing a diverse range of services in banking, finance and related sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of customer service as a Customer Service professional at Rathkeale.
* Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor to understand their needs.
* Guide customers to self-service options such as mobile apps, internet banking and kiosks. Direct to Teller/Customer Service if required.
* Use iPads to update customer information and sales requirements, identify sales opportunities and hand over to suitable staff as needed.
* Handle cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Balance cash at end of day and manage levels throughout the day.
* Provide high standards of customer service and demonstrate awareness of its importance.
* Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team in a busy branch.
