Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for corporate tax matters.
Understand clients' business strategies and challenges to provide tailored tax solutions.
Strategic Tax Advisory: Provide high-level strategic tax advice to clients, including structuring, compliance, and planning.
Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies and risk management.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their development and ensuring high performance.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and oversee the quality of work produced by the team.
Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Lead marketing initiatives, presentations, and proposals to attract new business.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients comply with relevant tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes in legislation.
Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and documentation.
Risk Management: Assess and manage tax risks for clients, providing guidance on audit readiness and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with legal and financial advisors to ensure comprehensive risk assessments.
