About The Role
">
This exciting opportunity exists for a talented trade marketer to manage a portfolio of strong brands. The role involves managing the execution of branded portfolios in the On Trade, developing and executing customer marketing plans below the line, and evaluating annual plans for the C&C Ireland business and assigned brand clusters.
">
The ideal candidate will understand how to execute the On Trade channel architecture, recruit new consumers and drive profitable growth in partnership with Innovation and Brand teams. They will also proactively manage stakeholders, communicate effectively and focus on KPIs and measures across all BTL activity performance.

About You
">
You are comfortable with managing a diverse workload of projects in a high-pressure environment. You have consumer insight driven business planning and commercial strategy skills, with proven ability to translate into compelling narratives for action.

Your track record should include building successful relationships with internal and external partners, particularly in the On Trade environment. You are passionate about consumers, preferably with an understanding of the LAD sector. Entrepreneurial and challenger mindset, highly commercial marketers with good creative judgement are desired.
