Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Client Services Representative to join a well‑established global financial services organisation based in Dublin City.

This is a full‑time, 12‑month contract position, offering a hybrid working model (4 days in the office).

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for client and shareholder queries received by phone, email, and online channels.
* Investigate and resolve client issues in line with agreed service levels, ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
* Review daily open cases to ensure prompt follow‑up and closure.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all activities are compliant with internal policies and procedures.
* Provide functional and administrative support to internal teams, including data collection and reporting.
* Support ongoing process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients across multiple markets.
What are we looking for?
* 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
* Previous client‑facing experience within financial services is essential.
* Knowledge of payments, investments, or transfer agency operations highly desirable.
* Experience working in a contact centre or client service environment preferred.
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to manage multiple queries in a busy, high‑volume environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; digital systems experience is an advantage.
* Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
