Key Account Manager for Agri-Equine Sales

This role requires a highly organised and collaborative sales executive to join our client's internal sales and marketing team based in North Galway. The successful candidate will drive sales and marketing projects, play a pivotal role in increasing sales and brand awareness for our agri-equine product range in France, and support the sales and business development team.

1. General sales administration, sales quotations, and order processing/entry via an ERP system.
\
2. Positive attitude, dealing with orders and sales enquiries.
\
3. Strong team player providing active support to the sales and business development team.
\
4. Strong communication and relationship building with end-users and trade customers to help upsell product offerings.
\
5. Utilise CRM software for collaboration of daily activities, project tracking, market, and customer information.
\
6. Assist with marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and business development.
\
7. Point of contact for after-sales/customer service support and liaison with quality department to ensure adequate follow-up.
\
8. Liaison with other departments on issues arising.
\
9. Compile sales reports.
\
10. Effectively communicate market findings and customer insights to the sales/marketing team and management.
\
11. Attend sales meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions as required.
\
12. Support with administration-related responsibilities that arise.
