We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to oversee the delivery of a public works project in County Tipperary.

 * Coordinate all on-site construction activities
 * Supervise contractors, direct labour, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
 * Maintain compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and public procurement standards
The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification (e.g., Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent) and excellent understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and local authority requirements.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management)
Excellent understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and local authority requirements
Proven experience in construction project management or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
