About Your New Job
As the Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will oversee all mechanical works on residential project sites in Cork, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to specification, and on schedule.
Lead, coordinate, and supervise mechanical fitters, pipefitters, plumbers, and subcontractors to ensure work meets design, quality, and programme requirements.
Review and interpret mechanical and piping drawings, manage daily and weekly work schedules, and allocate tasks to the site teams efficiently.
Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with project engineers, clients, and other trades to support seamless project delivery, manage materials and equipment needs, and carry out quality inspections and progress reporting.
What Skills You Need
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or Plumber, or relevant mechanical engineering background with proven experience supervising mechanical works.
At least 3 years' supervisory experience on residential or commercial construction projects.
Full, clean Irish Class B driver's licence.
Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations; Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification essential.
