Red Chair Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Support Representative, to work for our clients, a hardware supplies company in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick.
As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team and ensuring smooth business operations. You will be responsible for handling sales inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, upselling products, and providing general support to the sales team.
Requirements:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate product information and advice.
* Process sales orders and payments efficiently.
* Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements.
* Follow up on quotes and inquiries to convert leads into sales.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
* Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
* Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns effectively.
