We are looking for Team Leaders to join our Airside teams in our rapidly growing operation at Dublin Airport.Key Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.Co-ordinate an aircraft turnaround safely, efficiently & report all safety & security related issues.Guide & Mentor colleagues while overseeing their productivity & performanceMarshal aircraft to and from gates, ensuring safe and precise positioning.Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and baggage carts, in a safe and responsible manner.Perform aircraft servicing tasks, including cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, and water replenishment.Adhere to all safety and security procedures, including aircraft marshalling signals and hazardous material handling guidelines.Be available to work a variety of shifts to compliment our growing business which operates 24/7, 7 days a weekProvide exceptional customer service to passengers and airline partnersQualificationsQualifications:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a 5 year background checkBenefits:Competitive hourly wage with opportunities for overtime.Free On-Site ParkingFull Uniform ProvidedStaff discount in the loopComprehensive training and development programs.Pension plan with employer contributions.Career advancement opportunities within the aviation industryJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €18.50 per hourBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
