Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance across our organization. This role involves collaborating with the IT manager to facilitate day-to-day operations, configuring and maintaining PCs and user accounts on our internal system, installing and supporting business-specific applications, and developing documentation for IT processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, a third-level qualification in IT, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Windows 11 Pro, firewalls, virtualization, and server experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on technical support across all departments
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
