DMC Consultancy is hiring a Graphic Designer / Social Media Content Creator to support our growing portfolio of clients across construction, engineering, events, exhibitions, and professional services.
This role is hands-on and varied. You'll be designing everything from ICE Expo exhibition graphics and construction site hoarding to event promotions and daily social media content. If you enjoy seeing your work used in the real world — on sites, at expos, and across digital platforms — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Design exhibition and event graphics, including:
* ICE Expo stand visuals
* Event signage, pull-up banners, backdrops, and print assets
* Create construction-related design materials, such as:
* Site hoarding graphics
* Safety signage and branded site visuals
* Large-format print artwork
* Produce social media content for multiple clients, including:
* Static posts, carousels, and campaign graphics
* Animated posts and motion graphics
* Event and exhibition promo content
* Develop video and motion content using After Effects for:
* Social media campaigns
* Event promotions
* Brand announcements and launches
* Work closely with the DMC team to:
* Interpret briefs and client requirements
* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
* Deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
* Experience designing for print and digital (including large-format artwork)
* Solid understanding of social media formats, sizing, and trends
* Ability to manage multiple projects across different industries
* High attention to detail and strong visual design skills
Desirable (But Not Essential)
* Experience working with construction, engineering, or event brands
* Knowledge of video editing for reels or short-form content
* Agency or multi-client experience

Pay: €32,000.00 per year
Experience:
