What will I be doing as a Lavazza Supervisor at Applegreen?
* Support the Lavazza Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
* Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Lavazza coffee beverages.
* Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
* Ensure that the store is operating in line with Lavazza standards, policies, and procedures.
