Job Summary
WiiGroup is hiring a
Head of Finance & Corporate Services
to lead and integrate finance, compliance, payroll, commercial governance, contracts, and corporate administration across Ireland, Denmark, Egypt, and KSA.
This is a strategic, operational leadership role overseeing financial governance, working capital discipline, regulatory compliance, payroll oversight, contract administration, and corporate service delivery.
You will also play a crucial role in shaping the company's commercial model—supporting professional services tendering, pricing strategy, margin governance, and bid qualification.
The successful candidate will bring structure, discipline, and automation to our finance function while supporting sustainable, profitable growth.

You understand the commercial rhythms of a professional services organisation—timesheets, revenue recognition, margin management, tendering, pricing, invoicing, and liquidity—and you bring the financial leadership necessary to strengthen both profitability and operational alignment.
With a passion for process automation and systems improvement, you enjoy reducing manual work, improving reporting visibility, and implementing scalable, digital-first ways of working across finance and corporate services.
You collaborate confidently with project, delivery, legal, HR, and leadership teams across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership & Monthly Control
Full ownership of the monthly accounting cycle across all jurisdictions
Bank reconciliations and cost centre allocation
Payroll oversight (Ireland, Denmark, Egypt & KSA)
VAT, P30 and statutory returns
Employee expense management
Preparation and coordination of statutory accounts
Budgeting and rolling forecast management
Capex lease oversight
Working capital and liquidity management
Bank relationship management
2. Commercial Strategy & Tendering Support
Contribute to the commercial tendering of projects and professional services
Support pricing strategy to ensure target gross margin achievement
Assist in developing structured bid qualification and pricing governance
Review commercial terms in client contracts
Provide financial modelling to support proposals
Monitor margin performance against tender assumptions
Support development of a scalable professional services commercial model
This role is instrumental in strengthening profitability discipline and ensuring commercial alignment between operations and finance.
3. Debtors & Cash Discipline
Oversight of invoicing processes
Timesheet reconciliation and revenue recognition alignment
Receipt allocation and debtor reporting
Active cash collection and DSO management
Invoice tracker governance
Payment agreement negotiation
Implementation of structured credit control procedures
4. Creditors & Financial Governance
Creditors invoice log management
Payment runs and allocation
PO tracker oversight and system implementation
Supplier contract review
Vendor applications
Strengthening internal financial controls and approval workflows
5. Regulatory & Compliance (Multi-Jurisdiction)
Statutory obligations across Ireland, Denmark, Egypt & KSA
Legal coordination across all jurisdictions
Insurance management
Health cover administration
Social insurance compliance (MENA)
Employee tax registrations
Visa and permit applications
Enterprise grant and funding oversight
Corporate governance management
6. HR & Recruitment Financial Oversight
Salary budget planning
Project financial set-up
Weekly financial reconciliations
Timesheet tracker governance
Employee payroll and tax registration coordination
Contractor engagement compliance
MENA employee administration
7. Automation, Systems & Process Innovation
Lead automation of finance workflows (HR systems, timesheets, invoicing, Excel trackers)
Implement structured PO and expense systems
Improve financial dashboards and reporting visibility
Reduce manual administration and introduce scalable processes
Drive digital transformation within corporate services
Experience Required
8+ years in senior finance leadership or Financial Controller roles
Multi-jurisdictional finance management experience
Strong working capital and cash flow management expertise
Experience contributing to commercial tendering and pricing strategy
Experience within a professional services or consultancy business (essential)
Construction industry experience (highly advantageous)
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel (financial modelling, scenario planning, margin analysis)
Strong ERP and finance system experience
Process automation mindset
Budgeting and forecasting expertise
Experience implementing finance system upgrades (preferred)
