Our growing client are a rapidly growing software company.
This is a new permanent role for additional Business Analysts to join their fast-paced, Agile Product team.
Northern Ireland Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Lead requirements and discovery workshops, mapping business processes, workflows, and systems.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements translate effectively into intuitive user experiences.
Break down complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes that align with product goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver roadmap objectives.
Qualifications2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in a software development environment.
User persona and journey mapping with visualisation tools such as Miro or Mural.
Experience using Jira and Confluence Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
