So, what’s the job?
* You’ll help define and implement the finance strategic priorities in support of the business transformation
* You’ll execute and implement relevant business strategic initiatives and policies
* You’ll play an active role in driving the data strategy of the business, including the transformation of the finance function into a data driven organisation
* You’ll support in driving the transformation of the business through the deployment of technology and process optimisation
* You’ll be an active leader within the finance function driving a culture of engagement, accountability and change management
* You’ll support and encourage growth and development of employees; you will be a champion for proactive and meaningful performance management across the team
And what are we looking for?
* You’ll have proven experience in finance leadership across multiple geographies and gained in an international insurance organisation(required)
* You’ll have a proven record of implementing change management initiatives utilising simplification and automation technique
* You’ll have a successful track record in leading teams, both directly and remotely
* You’ll have a strong understanding across multiple financial disciplines and strong working knowledge across tax disciplines including Corporation tax and VAT
* You’ll have experience in collaborating with senior executives, business and functional leaders, including the ability to present technical, business and structuring proposals
