Over‑The‑Counter Derivative Pricing Specialist

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Over‑The‑Counter Derivative Pricing Specialist to join our OTC Derivative Valuations team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day‑to‑day workflows of the OTC Pricing Dublin Team.
Review daily and monthly OTC asset pricing – ensuring team members complete tasks as per agreed guidelines and procedures. Apply problem‑solving skills to ensure valuation breaks/pricing exceptions are accurately resolved and outstanding issues addressed.
Assist with issues experienced by team members on pricing matters and handle internal team/external client queries.
Act as a primary contact for the OTC Valuations team when dealing with internal/external stakeholders to test new assets and launch new clients and portfolios.
Ensure the integrity of the security master data on the OTC database by reviewing and approving the security master records completed by analysts.
Collaborate with colleagues and offer new perspectives to achieve team goals.
Suggest and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency while eliminating risk.
Provide training on the theoretical and technical nature of all OTC securities to team members.
Qualifications
Experience in the funds industry, preferably in a quantitative finance/pricing role.
Prior experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other team members is preferable but not essential.
A working knowledge of OTC instruments is preferable.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
Dependability, flexibility, and the ability to lead by example.
Excellent analytical, organisational and time‑management skills.
