Public Sector Quantity Surveyor Advisor
The Capital and Estates Department is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor Advisor to join their team in Cork. As a key member of the department, you will provide strategic advice and guidance on the built environment, working closely with the service and related service planning and development issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in capital programme and project management, procurement of professional design services, construction works, and equipment. You will also be responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to the service, as well as managing estates services through specific procurement, contractual, and commercial-related advice and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland major academic award in Quantity Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute, or have a qualification at least equivalent to those listed above. You will also require at least 7 years of satisfactory and relevant experience fulfilling the role of a Quantity Surveyor with either a contractor organization or a private consultancy business.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Level 8 (or higher) Quality & Qualifications Ireland major academic award in Quantity Surveying accredited by the relevant Professional Institute
* At least 7 years of satisfactory and relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
