Senior Business Analyst Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Partnership: Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
* HRMS Configuration: Configure key HRMS components such as Flexfields, SITs, EITs, and Templates.
* Oracle Development: Develop and maintain Oracle E-BS CEMLIs using PL/SQL, APEX, Forms, and Reports.
* Tech Support: Liaise with Oracle technical support and internal IT counterparts.
* Best Practices: Drive best practices in HR systems documentation and delivery.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5+ years' experience in Oracle HRMS and Payroll.
* Technical Skills: Strong PL/SQL development experience. Experience in Oracle APEX and BI/XML Publisher advantageous.
* Candidate Profile: Proven ability to document, configure, and enhance HR modules. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud beneficial but not essential.
