Business Intelligence Developer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our client's team in Ireland. As a BI Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain data visualization and reporting tools that support business performance tracking and decision-making.
About the Role
* Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using SQL, Power BI, Azure, and other relevant tools.
* Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to ensure high-quality data visualization and reporting tools.
* Develop strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
* Experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Azure.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar data-focused role.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
* Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
* Experience working with Azure cloud stack.
* Experience with DAX or M language (for Power BI).
* Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
