Site Management Position
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced site manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Execution: Managing the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, including overseeing logistics, deliveries, and resource allocation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Problem-Solving: Identifying potential issues or technical difficulties early and developing effective solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a site management role with a main or fit-out contractor, with proven experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
* Background: A trade qualification, such as a carpentry or joinery background, is highly desirable.
