Service and Sales Performance Coach
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Service and Sales Performance Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for driving frontline performance by coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities.
About the Role
* You will lead by example on the frontline, supporting customer engagement, tracking key performance metrics, and continuously developing team capability.
* You will provide one-to-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales performance and customer interaction skills.

About You
* You should have full, clean B driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years preferred)
* You should have a flexible approach to work patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* You should have proven leadership experience in coaching or supervising customer-facing teams
