Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Technician based in Roscommon, with flexibility for some remote work. The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal machine performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver field services at customer locations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with customers about their service needs.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of machinery
* Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in Field Service and on-site technical support
* Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
* Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a willingness to travel for on-site services
* Knowledge of woodworking machinery and industrial equipment is advantageous
* A technical diploma, vocational training, or previous experience in a similar field is preferred
