Human Resources Business Partner Role
This role is critical to the Human Resources function and involves partnering with site leadership teams to understand business needs.
* Talent Acquisition: We partner with people managers and leaders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Employee Relations: As a primary point of contact, we address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues for Sligo site employees and managers.
* Performance Management: We guide and support site managers in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
* Training and Development: We work with Regional HR Manager and L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner is required.
This role requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality. The successful candidate must be able to make data-driven decisions and possess proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
