Job Description:
The Packaging Operations Manager oversees the management and control of packaging processes, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with quality standards, business excellence, commercial requirements, and regulations.
This role involves establishing processes and controls for assigned inventories, managing workflow and activities, proper storage, inventory accuracy, reports, and actions to reduce loss or wastage.
Key responsibilities include daily/weekly routines and delivery schedules execution to avoid disruption to operations.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for participating in all required audits, managing capacity, driving programmes and initiatives through operations, loss prevention, operational standards, and cost control to deliver overall business profitability.
