Social Care Workers

* Role: Social Care Workers - Day Services
* Locations: Various Prosper Meath locations, Co. Meath
* Hours: Circa 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Contract: Permanent Contract
* Salary Scale: €29,486 - €42,495 (commensurate with experience)
About the Role:
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering adults with intellectual disabilities to:
* Support people to build independence and life skills
* Facilitate participation in community and creative activities
* Promote confidence, wellbeing, and meaningful relationships
You will be part of a
passionate, professional, and person-centred team
, committed to providing respectful, progressive, and empowering services.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor's Degree in Social Care or a related field
* Registered with CORU (or in process of registration)
* Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
* Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
* Previous experience in disability services (desirable)
* Knowledge of New Directions services and supports for adults with disabilities (advantageous)
