Team Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our retail team in Kilmacanoge North, Co. Wicklow.
* Lead a team of retail staff and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
* Work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
* Responsible for inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
A typical day as a retail leader might include:
* Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
* Championing a world-class customer experience through proactive engagement and resolution of customer complaints.
* Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining store displays.
* Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' retail leadership experience.
* A proven track record of delivering results and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
