Overview:About the RoleQuest Software is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our AI-powered software products. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to define and execute the product roadmap for innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning.Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and own the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven software products aligned with Quest's strategic goals.Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product direction.Stay current on AI trends, technologies, and ethical considerations to inform product decisions.Roadmap & PrioritizationOwn and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.Write clear product requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.Execution & DeliveryLead agile product development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future iterations.Cross-functional collaborationAct as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for user needs and pain points.Partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and enablement.Partner with UX/UI designers to create prototypes using tools like Figma or Azure Foundry to ensure intuitive and user-centric experiences.Customer EngagementEngage with customers and partners to gather feedback, validate solutions, and build long-term relationships.Support customer escalations and work with support teams to resolve product-related issues.Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Qualifications5-7 years of product management experience, ideally with AI/ML or data-driven products.Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and data infrastructure.Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.Experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and enterprise integrations.Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.Background in IT management, data protection, identity & access management, or endpoint management.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
