- €45,000 per annum Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time Working Hours: 8am-4.30pm Pattern: Mon- Fri Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment? We're on the lookout for 2 enthusiastic Team Leads (Production/Electronics) to inspire and support our talented team of technicians ?? Responsibilities: Lead a diverse team in delivering high-quality production results.?? Foster a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.Oversee IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Drive performance, mentor team members, and develop their skills.Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.Analyse team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices in production management and ITAD.If you're a motivated leader with a passion for technology and team success, we want to hear from you ??
