The Job
Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Operations, this is a senior level role with broad-based responsibilities across all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing, as well as responsibility for company asset and portfolio management operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage property sales and leasing negotiations to maximise value for the organisation.
* Coordinate new site acquisitions and development projects.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
* Support multi-annual budgeting processes and manage credit control activities.
* Review commercial proposals, oversee compliance reporting, and support the wider leadership/executive team as needed.
Your Skills / Experience We Need
* 3rd level degree (or above) in business studies or a relevant discipline.
* Fully qualified Chartered Surveyor - SCSI and/or RICS - ideally.
* 3–5+ years experience in a commercially focused property sales or leasing role.
* Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to engage and network with people at all levels of seniority.
* Strong IT and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to manage projects to deadlines and within budget.
The Offer
This position is offered as a permanent role with a salary range dependent on experience, up to approximately €70k base salary with a strong benefits package.
The role will be primarily office-based 5 days per week with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.
