Your new role
In this role you will support the hiring team. This is a fully office-based role.
Your responsibilities
1. Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
3. Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
4. Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
5. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
6. Represent company at job fairs and recruitment events.
7. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
What you'll need to succeed
8. 2+ years' experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to design job descriptions and interview questions.
