The Company
Leading Developer who have a track record of delivering large housing and apartment projects in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow.
They are looking to add a Technical Manager to the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the building design including structures, M&E, facades, internal specification, service strategies and maintenance strategies.
Lead & Manage external consultants and specialist subcontractors with Design Responsibilities.
Work with the Design Team to resolve clearance of planning conditions, building regulation approval and BER certification.
Key Skills Required
Proven experience as a Technical Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, design and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
