About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Hertz Car Sales Dun Laoghaire. You will represent leading automotive brands, helping customers find vehicles that suit their lifestyles, while delivering excellent customer service from first enquiry to final handshake.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
2. Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and benefits
3. Manage leads, follow-ups, and convert enquiries into sales
4. Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
5. Work as part of a high-performing sales team under the guidance of a Sales Manager
6. Upsell relevant products and services (finance, warranties, etc.)
Qualifications
1. Proven sales experience, preferably with motor trade background
2. Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Eagerness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach
5. Customer-first attitude with a professional and approachable manner
6. Full, clean driving licence (essential)
