This role is a key member of the team responsible for delivering all targets & metrics within the assigned areas.The RoleMaintain a high level of professionalism at all timesManage the flow of all material from supplier to customerEnsure inventory accuracy in the factory is maintained above 95%Develop and maintain systems to ensure stock count and location accuracy factory wide Develop, maintain and execute cycle count and physical inventory schedules with the Warehouse and production locationsLead and organize the Warehouse/Shipping Team in a busy and adaptive environmentCollaborate with Production Supervisors and Team Leads to implement a lean strategy with respect to stocking and delivery of inventory. Manage and level the workload of the team to ensure all tasks are completed within a reasonable agreed timeframeConduct performance reviews & regular check ins as per company policyLead and develop the Gemba morning meeting programDevelop and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure efficient and accurate movement of material at all times.
