Realtime Recruitment is looking for an experienced Finance IT Product Owner to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment, overseeing critical Finance and HR systems within a large, dynamic organisation.This is a permanent position, hybrid in Cork. You must hold a Stamp 4 or EU passport to be considered for this position.Familiarity with Finance systems such as Oracle Financials, MS Business Central, Blackline, SAP Concur, Anaplan, or Basware is a must have for this positionWhat You'll DoLead and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Technical Analysts.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including contract negotiation and delivery oversight.Define and manage the roadmap for Finance IT products, including upgrades, patching, and innovation initiatives.Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise projects and ensure delivery of high-value solutions.Take ownership of budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and transition smoothly into BAU support.Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.What We're Looking For5+ years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership.Familiarity with Finance systems such as Oracle Financials, MS Business Central, Blackline, SAP Concur, Anaplan, or BaswareStrong background in IT Project/Programme Management and successful delivery of large-scale projects.Proven ability to work with and manage third-party vendors and hybrid delivery teams.Experience in budget planning, cost management, and stakeholder engagement.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, QA, and information security.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levelsPM qualification or Agile/Waterfall delivery experience.Change management and transformation expertise.Experience driving innovation and product roadmaps.To hear more about this opportunity, contact Sue on or email your CV to
