Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling efficient service visits, prioritizing service calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling service visits for repairs, maintenance, and installations
* Prioritization of service calls based on contractual response times and critical issues
* Collaboration with service manager, sales, and sales management teams
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A background in the service sector, preferably with international technology experience
* Strong written and spoken English skills
* Experience handling MS Office applications
* SAP/CRM knowledge is an asset
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
