Overview
This permanent position in Dublin 4 is a fully onsite role with a competitive salary up to €45,000 and benefits. The expected base salary range is around €38,000-€45,000. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or similar industry.
We are seeking a highly professional Office & Client Experience Coordinator to join our client’s professional services team. This essential role will be the primary point of contact for the company, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, articulate, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception & Client Experience: Greet visitors professionally, offer refreshments, and ensure comfort.
* Manage scheduling and use of meeting rooms, including setup of presentations and video conferencing.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound courier services and mail.
* Manage inventory and order weekly kitchen stock and other office supplies as needed.
* Maintain office kitchen, stationery cupboard, and bathrooms in a tidy and well-stocked condition.
* Arrange catering for internal meetings and corporate events.
* Maintain office logs (couriers, staff access passes) and assist with issuing and revoking building access.
* Disseminate key office information via internal channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
* Administrative & Team Support: Provide assistance as needed to the Office Manager, Senior Executive Assistant, and broader team; support signing of legal and corporate documents; undertake administrative projects and ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least 5 years of experience in a corporate reception or administrative role.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise a busy workload.
* Collaborative and adaptable team player with initiative.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional communication across all levels of the organisation.
* Welcoming and professional presence with a proactive disposition.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
An attractive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a competitive base salary of around €38,000-€45,000 and additional benefits such as pension and medical cover.
