Role Overview
Based preferably in Dublin (other locations may be considered), with a requirement to travel to Ireland, programme countries, and other Oxfam Affiliate offices as necessary (at least 35% of the time).
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, flexible working arrangement available.
Contract Details: Full-time, 12 months fixed-term contract.
Salary: €42,500 - €49,870 per annum.

The Role
Oxfam Ireland is seeking a Roving Funding Coordinator (RFC) to support our teams across the Funding Cycle in the Global North and South. The RFC will coordinate the development and timely submission of donor reports and project proposals, ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and contractual obligations.
Key skills and experience required include:
* A university degree in Management, Economics, Politics, International Cooperation, or at least 4 years of relevant experience.
* Experience working with Institutional Donors (preferably DGINTPA/NEAR and/or Irish Aid).
* Experience collaborating with remote multicultural teams and local organizations.
* Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation frameworks, impact reporting, and practices.
* Financial management skills and experience in developing program budgets.
* Experience with institutional funding contracts and proposal writing.
* Flexibility to travel on short notice and to remote areas.
