Our client is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to join a growing team focused on risk management, regulatory compliance, and client delivery.

The Role As a Regulatory Analyst, you will support clients and internal stakeholders by managing regulatory and compliance-related initiatives, leveraging technology and data to improve processes, reduce operational risk, and ensure accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery of all assigned deliverables Communicate professionally with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors (written and verbal)Review project scopes and workflows, providing recommendations for process improvements Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution Prepare project trackers, reports, and materials for client meetings Lead or participate in client update meetings, providing status on progress, milestones, and risks Identify gaps in processes and support resolution efforts Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and business partners Apply a working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, including large data sets Maintain a high standard of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail Qualifications0–3 years of experience in a regulatory, risk, compliance, financial services, or related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working collaboratively with both junior and senior stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
