The Role
* Coordinate and oversee construction plans, specifications, and work requirements to ensure smooth project execution.
* Support senior management in achieving project goals and objectives.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Organize and facilitate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and plan actions to drive project success.
* Monitor construction processes to guarantee quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements include a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, a minimum of 5 years' experience on site-based projects, effective management of site programmes and associated schedules, experience managing multiple subcontractors, thorough knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Office, and excellent IT skills.
