About Us:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Clean Utilities and Sustainability. This critical role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation and maintenance of clean utility systems at our campus.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site's cross-functional sustainability program, managing budgets related to utilities and conservation projects, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the clean utility systems.
About You:
* You should have a Higher level Engineering Degree or equivalent.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Engineering Manager or similar management role is required.
* Technical knowledge of relevant clean utilities systems, energy technologies, and site facilities is essential.
* Detailed understanding of c GMP, utilities, and energy management is also necessary.
* You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective facilitation skills, and ability to influence site KPIs.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation and maintenance of clean utility systems.
2. Lead the site's cross-functional sustainability program to meet Sanofi's Planet Care targets for CO2, Energy, Water, Waste, and Biodiversity.
3. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the clean utility systems.
4. Manage budgets related to utilities, conservation projects, and sustainability initiatives.
5. Develop and lead continuous improvement programs resulting in cost savings.
6. Build engineering problem-solving capabilities to ensure reliable utilities supply to manufacturing.
7. Monitor GMP compliance through audits, preventative maintenance, work orders, and document reviews.
8. Deploy Long Term Asset Planning and manage equipment vendors and maintenance contractors effectively.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of €90,000 - €120,000 per annum and the opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a real impact.
