Ricoh Ireland is seeking a
top-performing Business Development Manager
with a proven track record of opening new doors, delivering exceptional results, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
You will be responsible for driving net-new business across Ireland, positioning Ricoh's full suite of digital workplace and managed services solutions.
This role is built for ambitious, high-energy sales professionals who want to accelerate their career in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and dominate the new-business sales cycle
—from prospecting and qualification through to close.
Relentlessly identify, target, and win
new business opportunities within key commercial and enterprise markets.
Build and maintain a
high-velocity, high-quality sales pipeline
that consistently exceeds expectations.
Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover client needs and shape tailored Ricoh solutions.
Deliver compelling, high-impact presentations, proposals, and value propositions that differentiate Ricoh in the market.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to maximise impact and accelerate deal success.
Maintain disciplined CRM accuracy and forward-looking sales forecasts.
Act as a Ricoh brand ambassador at networking events, industry functions, and client engagements.
Stay ahead of market trends to identify areas where Ricoh can create competitive advantage for clients.
You will ideally have
Minimum 5 years' experience
in a high-performing B2B sales role within a relevant sector (IT services, managed print, SaaS, professional services, digital transformation, or technology solutions).
Demonstrable
track record of exceeding targets
, winning new business, and delivering profitable revenue.
Strong background in
prospecting and building pipeline from scratch
—not just managing existing accounts.
Experience selling complex technology or service-led solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Highly commercial mindset with strong strategic awareness.
Skilled in using CRM and modern sales tools to drive productivity.
Full clean driving licence.
