Overview
As part of the AI & Data team, this role enables clients to derive significant value from their information assets by embedding innovative AI & Data solutions into existing business areas. The director will lead cross‑functional teams and drive growth through new and existing client relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
Help clients unlock value from information assets through collaboration with domain experts across assurance, tax, transactions and advisory.
Lead diverse teams of varying skillsets using different data and analytics technologies.
Adapt leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs; anticipate and identify risks.
Create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members.
Provide passion to grow the team, bringing energy, enthusiasm and courage to lead and develop others.
Create innovative insights that add value to clients and to broader society.
Champion operational efficiency improvements; drive projects to completion with high quality.
Contribute to the development of the AI & Data team’s future by building the brand, attending relevant events, collaborating internally, and producing thought leadership.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships; identify business opportunities for EY to incubate or drive new solutions and services.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI & Data with a track record of creating impactful visual stories from complex datasets.
Bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. degree.
Relevant consulting or industry experience with significant management experience.
Ideally You will also have
Ability to supervise and develop others, communicate effectively, manage budgets, client expectations, deliver quality projects on time.
Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical colleagues and clients.
Ambition to continuously develop your skills.
Analytically minded; assimilate and apply new techniques to deliver insights and solve problems.
