The role plays a key part in enhancing our customers experience while shopping Online and working with brands and stakeholders to maximise categories at Brown Thomas Arnotts.We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas on how to make our Ecommerce site the best in class through merchandising initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining and building on our fantastic relationships with all our internal teams including creative, buying, marketing, customer service & enrichment.The team currently operates a flexible WFH plan to suit the department and teams. Working regularly from our open office space makes it easy to share ideas and be inspired whilst also offering flexible WFH days. Key Areas of responsibility include:TradeAnalysis, tracking and reporting on sales and key KPI's Weekly, MonthlyIdentifying strengths & opportunityAnalyse & mitigate weakness & threatsCommercial PlanningPrioritising, Briefing & QA with relevant teams, including Content & Acquisition teamsSupporting and executing key commercial moments online alongside wider Fashion teamAligning priorities with internal teams; such as Buying & Marketing teamsAwareness of trends, opportunities, competitors and the general fashion marketInventory ManagementCo-ordinating and executing new launches onlineMonitoring stock availability, sell through and discrepancies.Customer ExperienceMonitoring customer journey and maintaining a high standard of QA housekeeping across PLP's, ensuring product categorisation and refinement filters are correct.Champion driving improvements in conversion and AOV, through onsite merchandising, cross sell, upsell and identifying new opportunitiesIdentifying consumer trends & maximising where possible for product & brandsCommunicating with customer service on queriesKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORPrevious experience working in E-commerce or online business is preferred but this role would also be suited to a candidate who shows the desired aptitudeStrong computer literacy with an affinity for systems and confidence with key tools such as excel & powerpoint.
