This Job will never be boring! .... as you will be:
* Working across the many and varied garden maintenance and landscape construction divisions, predominantly in the greater South Dublin regions.
* Working alongside a maintenance manager and/or construction foreman.
* Assigned a set amount of responsibility and a duty of care towards gardens, plants, tools, machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
* Expected to participate in group discussions, toolbox talks, and provide constructive feedback.
Job requirements
* Some plant knowledge beneficial but not essential.
* A Full driving licence is an advantage or if you have applied for it and preferably over 25 for insurance purposes.
* A decent command of English and able to liaise with clients.
* Ability to use all garden machinery (hedge trimmers, strimmers, etc.).
* Must be well presented, organised, tidy, punctual, and have good time management skills.
* Flexible and willing to work in multiple roles for the company.
* A keen interest in the horticultural industry is always encouraging.
* Experience working in a team and fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
* Must be diligent, reliable, and capable of working on one’s own initiative as well as following basic instruction from supervisors.
* Onsite training across a variety of projects.
* No two days are the same.
