As an HR Executive, you will be the driving force behind our organization's people operation. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
You will oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from job postings to offer letters. Your expertise will be crucial in providing clear and timely support to HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Manage HR admin, including contracts, payroll support, and personnel records
* Assist with employee relations cases, such as grievances and performance issues
You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth. With 1-3 years of HR experience and a CIPD qualification or relevant degree, you will be well-equipped to navigate Irish employment law and make data-driven decisions.
