Reception and Sales Coordinator
This key role is responsible for managing the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional greeting and efficient routing of messages.
As a critical member of our team, you will be required to handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area will be an essential part of your daily routine, along with coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are properly set up.
You will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, managing office supplies, and placing orders when necessary.
Additionally, you will provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing, as well as preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations to support the sales team.
Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and maintained, is crucial in this role.
Keeping customer databases and sales records up to date will be essential, as well as assisting in the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis.
Liaising with internal departments such as finance and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery will also be required.
Finally, providing excellent customer service by following up on enquiries and resolving any issues will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
