HR Generalist - Data Insights Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and analysing data to inform business decisions.

* Be Our Data Guru: Dig into our HR data from timekeeping to employee surveys and weave them into clear, insightful reports that tell the story of our team.
* Offer Sound Advice: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand reports and presentations, helping our HR Manager make informed choices that benefit everyone.
* Streamline and Innovate: Champion the implementation of new HR data systems and processes, making information easier to manage and use.
* Help Build a Great Place to Work: Use your analysis to recommend policies and activities that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
* Support Our Team: Be the friendly face for employee queries, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
* Welcome New Starters: Organise engaging onboarding and induction programmes, setting new employees up for success from day one.
* Ensure We're Doing Things Right: Assist with internal HR compliance audits, keeping us on the right side of the law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including maintaining accurate records and managing employee data.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and implement new HR data systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement policies and activities that promote a positive work culture.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
• Solid administrative skills, ideally with a background in Business Administration, HR, or something similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• A knack for analysing data and solving problems.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, primarily Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
