We are working with a leading provider of accountancy and advisory services to appoint a Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team in Cork. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage compliance portfolios for corporate tax, income tax, and VAT clients.
* Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.
* Act as a point of contact for client tax queries.
* Review and manage the compliance work of the tax team.
* Collaborate with other departments and professional advisors.
* Manage tax compliance projects.
* Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Assist in managing the Cork tax department and assisting with growth plans.
About the person:
A qualified tax consultant or accountant with approx. 3+ years of post-qualified experience working in tax, ideally with corporate tax and/or income tax experience. The tax consultant should have good attention to detail and be comfortable dealing with clients. This could be a great move for a Tax Manager to take the next step in their career.
